Why do people go out? Trust me the people that want to just get the cheapest drunk they will stay at home and make their own. I find that kind of addiction BORING. What I'm addicted to is FUN! That is why people go out. That is what they really are spending that hard earned money on. You see, the bartenders job is to facilitate this fun. Yes the job is to pour the drinks, but there is so much more to it than that. That is where the real craft comes in.
